The sixth call of Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine has now closed. Applicants could hand in project proposals until 10 November 2020. 19 applicants submitted a project proposal.
Call 6 opened in March 2020 and provides over EUR 20 million of means from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with a maximum co-financing rate of 50%.
Applicants could apply under priority axis 1 (innovation), priority axis 2 (economy), priority axis 3 (social inclusion and education), and priority axis 4 (territorial cohesion). Axes 1, 2, and 4 had a call specific focus. Axis 3 was open for regular projects.
With the closure of the call, the selection procedure starts. In the upcoming weeks, the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat will assess the applications and issue advice to the Monitoring Committee. The Monitoring Committee will take the final decision on the selection of projects at the beginning of February 2021. The projects will start at the beginning of March 2021.
