Seasonal Greetings 2020

Dear readers,

This year has given us many challenges, in particular when we are looking at the cross-border cooperation, that we, as enthusiastic Europeans, are such big fans of. The cross-border projects that are the bread and butter of our work and are at the heart of our programme, suddenly faced closed borders and unknown challenges. 

But regardless of all of that, we have fostered a lot of amazing cooperation in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine. In the last 12 months, we have learned new ways to work together with our projects and new ways to connect to one another. And rather than giving up on cross-border cooperation, the pandemic has shown all of us just how important our work is.

Now, that the year is coming to an end, we want to thank all of our projects for their continued efforts to close gaps between regions and countries and want to take the time to appreciate the progress we have made collectively. We wish you happy holidays, and, if at all possible, a very nice time with your family. We hope you will have a blissful New Year. Stay happy and healthy.
