The project partners aim to strengthen waste management (e.g.: reuse, recycling) within SMEs as a first step towards greater sustainability and circularity.
In order to accelerate the implementation of the principles of the circular economy in SMEs by strengthening waste management, the project “From Waste to Profit” will focus on 4 instruments:
- Audit of the waste streams (vouchers)
- Subsidies for investments in waste product optimization
- Cross-border matchmaking between different stakeholders
- Target group-oriented communication strategy
