This project aims to further develop and strengthen research, technological development and innovation in the medical field of age-related chronic diseases. Within the EMR a cross-border consortium of knowledge institutions and private companies has been formed that will build cross-border knowledge platforms in order to disseminate and share knowledge.
Most of the activities in this project have very specific medical-scientific characteristics. Partners in the project aim to innovate and validate the knowledge gained from these activities, results of this project will lead to lower costs for healthcare, and partners have pledged to build and open technological platform for sharing knowledge for Healthy Aging.
