l.t.r.: Ana Tomlijenovic, Tanne Rademakers, Gesa Remmert and Maitena Iglesias Diaz.
The Maastricht-based Interreg programme has welcomed two new Project Managers to its Joint Secretariat team. Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine’s Joint Secretariat team is excited to welcome Ana Tomljenovic and Gesa Remmert in the position of Project Manager. Together with Maitena Iglesias Diaz and Tanne Rademakers, who both joined the team as Project Managers last year, they are responsible for supporting projects in their implementation, assessing applications, and monitoring project achievements. They are also supporting the team in the preparation of strategic programme documents and the implementation of programme management tasks.
Welcome Ana Tomljenovic
Ana has a background in formal education, labour market policy, and more, and before joining Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine, Ana has worked as Project Manager at the Interreg IPA-CBC Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina - Montenegro programme.
Besides being passionate about food, Ana also takes much interest in languages and has been learning German for many years. She could always provide a spontaneous speech on the beauty and joy of learning German as a foreign language.
Welcome Gesa Remmert
Gesa was born and raised in the district of Soest in North Rhine-Westphalia and used to work as Regional Manager for the LEADER-Region in the North of Germany. When applying for the position in Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine, she was particularly interested in using her knowledge in EU-funding in a programme that is working with projects that cross borders.
In her limited free time, Gesa likes to read. Besides that, Gesa takes much interest in traveling. One of her favourite destinations thus far is South-East Asia, but we believe that we might be able to sway her opinion in favour of the Euregio Meuse-Rhine in the upcoming months.
